A crew with strong feelings about bread.

We are a small group of people who eat avocado toast for a living. We have day jobs, opinions about sourdough, and standing reservations at the places that take cash. We pay for every meal. Nobody comps us anything.

We score on seven dimensions — flavor, bread, texture, toppings, presentation, portion, price — and we do not round up. If a kitchen earns the price tag, we say so. If it doesn’t, we say so too.
